Hey Felipe! I'm also colorblind and Brazilian. You're not alone :)
The whole process of being a colorblind and learning how to use, or not, colors is intense. I haven't read everything yet, but I'll do it for sure later.
Congratulations for the courage of keeping up with "the problem" and knowing how to deal with it.
Hey Andre! From Brazil here too ;-) I have an animation studio and in our workflow we usually have to exchange a lot of files with clients. Scripts, Storyboards, Styleframes, Videos,...
We use Google Drive and Google Docs for everything.
Docs are always in sync and they allow us to set permission restrictions so the client can only comment on existing elements or suggest new things that will need to be approved by us to enter the document. This way we control the quality of our work and what is being added or removed by any person.
Both Docs and Files on Google Drive have 30-day revision that is good enough for our workflow.
Thanks Hercus!
Impressed by the moderation. Congrats Dan.
Are you doing the creative class or interested in it?
I never had ANY problem with Dropbox and I always loved it, but I switched to Google Drive last month since I was paying $9.99 for the 1TB Dropbox for one person only. With Google apps I get all google services, including Drive, for $5/user and since my studio has 2 users, I pay the same amount and receive a lot more.
Two weeks so far using it as my only resource of cloud storage and all I have to say is: - No problems with app crashing on background. - Really fast upload of files(I didn't compare with dropbox) - I have a macbook air(zero space to waste on my HD) and I'm not a common user of Office Apps so having all the files from drive synced properly with my projects files is a plus. - Using google drive attachments on emails is great. - A little more difficult to share a link with someone using an url only, without email invitation (I copied the link but never saw that it was only visible for people inside the company, so the guy had to ask for our permission to see the file)
