This was very helpful thanks!!
Thanks!!
Thanks for your response, its really helpful :).
What kind of questions should I ask like generic questions to find out what problems users are having?
Sorry for the silly questions!
Thanks
What a wonderful story, honestly loved the way you can use modern day technology to assist small businesses. Creating easy solutions to problems.
I am on the same boat as you if I'm honest, this might sound crazy but I think coding a website is a lot more quicker than using these types of services
Because..I did it – I kid! I've never had the chance to do something like this so I thought I'd share it :)
I have a masters degree in Digital Design and Branding which I got exposed to Design Thinking heavily in solving digital problems, personally I can tell you a masters degree will only benefit you at high end companies like Google and Microsoft but end of the day its all about the experience that you have on your CV/Resume. I managed to complete my masters this year and prior to that I was doing an undergrad degree in Multimedia Computing and got a first class (not sure how the american grading system works but in the UK its an A*).
If you want to do a masters degree I say go for it but having experience is more beneficial in the design industry and you have electronics engineering as your background so you could most surely get into product/industrial design as a field.
Note: I'm 24/5 so my life is starting with the design/development industry - currently working as a digital design developer at Brunel Union.

Have feedback?
Adobe XD: Very easy for me to switch back and forth between macOS and Windows, allows me to prototype within application instead of relying on Invision and others.
Fusion 360: Great tool for designing mechanical parts ready for printing and designing 3D objects for concept design.
Paper: Noting and sketching ideas down
Sticky Notes: Use them for planning sessions when I'm conducting research
Google Drive: For all my writing, research and planning needs - great for collaborating with team members.
Slack or Teams: Both are great, I use Slack personally for my side projects and Teams for my workplace to communicate with my manager and other people in the company.
InDesign: Creating print ready documentation, I use this mostly for presentations (if I have the time to create beautiful decks)
Trello: Project management (its free)
