I wonder if Apple cares that their sites function terribly if you're not swipe-scrolling on a phone or laptop.

I've found it useful for email design. Writing the actual markup brings back all the horrors of my days writing sites in Notepad in the 90s, so it is much better to get everything out of the way before getting to that step.

For user preferences, the team has worked to keep options visible instead away in a menu or dialog.

How come? Isn't Adobe pretty much built on power users, which are going to want more options than somebody playing around on their first day?

A lot of work poured into that site. I'm curious about the docs though. They seem to largely copy Bootstrap's docs for 4.0alpha from November of last year, but Bootstrap has already moved on to 4.1, and in the process released a new set of docs. Will this project just stay with 4.0 or is it going to be continually updated?
