Hi Dominic!
The process is a bit hard to describe here, but it essentially breaks down who you are as an individual, what you want to accomplish and how that compares to the patterns of those you admire most. It's an objective way to extract everything you're thinking and everything that you want to accomplish - into a framework that you can act on and improve.
The work and studying I've been doing lately is designed around making this process more efficient and giving people the tools they need to become self-aware and to make decisions based on understanding their own personal modes of operation.
There are plans to do this online and offline. Stay tuned!
Hi Adam! There is no way to purchase the sites only, but I can say transferring your show is as easy as copying and pasting your current feed. We'll automatically import it for you.
I would love to see the Reddit reference you are referring to, but I assure you that we have Apple's confidence is being a solid hosting platform. It's possible that it's an old post from the early days.
Hi Jonas! Most people I meet question my decision to get a degree in Philosophy. Today, people have a hard time understanding its value. It was one of the key decisions in my life. I use philosophy every day.
When you ask me how impactful it was, I have to say it was the most impactful thing I've done. Philosophy is all about questioning every assumption and detail in order to strip away variables to find the essence of things. Ideas, products, businesses, communication, relationships and the environments we create all contain unnecessary elements and noise.
To study philosophy is to study the art of becoming a better human (and thinker), and that my friend, is at the core of everything we do.
Thank you for your kind words, Thomas. I would love to hear more about what changed in your life and if there is anything else I can do to help you. Happy Monday is one of my favorite projects I've ever done. Thank you for honoring us with so much of your time to listen in. No one can say for sure that it's never coming back. Sarah is the best in the business and every show was an honor.
I would recommend On Writing Well by Willian Zinsser: https://www.amazon.com/Writing-Well-Classic-Guide-Nonfiction/dp/0060891548?ie=UTF8&*Version*=1&*entries*=0 - The reason I recommend this book is because clear, simple and concise communication will be at the core of any work you create, share and grow. Outside of skill set, communication and philosophy are what we are lacking most. (IMO)
This project was a great success in that it captured what it is truly like to develop for iOS and from one of the best in the business. Unfortunately, the very end of the project became one of my biggest failures. Those close to me know that I've carried that burden with me every since and it's the reason I decided to give away everything I had created previously. It's been a tough lesson and I spent tons of money and time trying to fix it, but I failed.
I have nothing against Sam. That was two and a half years ago.
As far as Apple goes, we've been working closely with them to determine what is best for podcast hosts. We were fortunate enough to get featured here: https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/partnersearch and to have a great working relationship with them. I've been there to Cupertino multiple times now and the future of podcasting is looking bright.

Love you. I know that's not a question, but I do.
