In most apps, you're able to swipe between the tabs on the top bar by swiping left and right, so there's no need to reach up :-). It's one of my favorite parts of Android, actually—I'm sad that they recommend against lateral swipes when using the bottom nav.
I didn't know about the $9.99/month for Lr and Ps! That's awesome. Probably going to check that out then. Thank you Marc!

I've been excited for this kind of a device ever since the Ubuntu Edge crowdfunding campaign. I'm just not sure if the form factor Solu has chosen is right - you'd still need a phone as a second device.
Also, am I the only one who found the UI to look confusing and unnecessarily detailed?
I agree - the current Playstore icon doesn't fit in and I like the direction you're heading in. I'm not a fan of the big blue, though - it has pretty low contrast with the neighboring green and they aren't the most exciting shades of blue and green, either.

Ha - I'm surprised that the two-thumbs-up images of Trump consistently performed better than their other options. I never liked/understood that pose.
