That's what my role is, but I am probably one of the few that get to do a lot of the "end-to-end" experience design that some one teams may not be able to touch. I also get to have a ton of touchpoint's because we primarily a retail company that and design gets to touch: digital/e-commerce/in-person/product/communication/organization.

When I'm on my phone, I have a visual cue of a finger clicking on a link as well as a button.
I love this YouTuber althought I feel like this video could have gone deeper on the effects of Dark Patterns of people.
Even the update to Franklin Gothic Book over what was presumably Arial before is tight and welcomed. Instead of a huge web rebrand, we get small, incremental changes and I look forward to further work from RT.

I think it's manual, for now. I've seen a plug-in out there that has "invisible" margin to help resize things easier and faster, but I can't remember the name.

I see your point but knowing your customer journey, even if you can't control a particular variant, you can at least set the right expectations, etc. It's just like any other constraint.
