clean!
If you follow these trends your already late to the game.
It's the PC silicon valley thinking that try's not to offend anyone, appeal to everyone (as if anything we as designers create don't have target markets) and come off incredibly generic, virtue signaling and preachy.
"It's important to be reminded of the beauty of the non-screen world—the natural parks and architecture and artworks—" Cringe. No shit.
"If you really want to be inspired or motivated, don't spend all your time looking around other websites or apps, but instead step outside into the real world and go somewhere you've never been before." Please shoot me.
"The world doesn't exist behind a screen, the world is everything outside it." Such insight. I'm in tears.
There used to be a time when the site was ripe with inspiration and news being posted from designers with diverse backgrounds. But then came the gatekeeper silicon valley product designers that took over and anyone who posted anything other than a product design post, trend reports, silicon valley news, or sketch update was ignored. Don't get me started on the crap marketer medium gurus.
Despite being called Designer News (not Product Designer News) why would graphic designers, branding designers or any other designer want to contribute? The invite to those people were never really there. Everything became really focused and policed. No diversity of thought. No one cares.
style over substance.
New ideas.
Literally no one cares. Stop posting articles that looks like it was written by a bot for Google seo.

Have feedback?
No matter how introverted/insecure some designers might claim to be if you can't justify your design rationale you need to work on improving those skills. It's part of the job.
I don't understand this product and think it adds another layer to a presentation that's not really needed.
