Cool. I like the elevation of the shadow on hover. I wish google would invest more design into the search page, it could be a lot less boring. On the other hand it still gets the job done, so why fix what isn't broken.
I recently made some experimental google inspired search bars, in Sketch, AI, and XD formats. Free download if anybody wants it - https://dribbble.com/shots/3108575-Google-Inspired-Search-Bar-UI-Design
A lot in my dock...
That video should be on the landing page. I also had no idea what your app does. At first I thought it was a browser testing app that shows screenshots of how your site looks on different browsers, kind of like browsershots.org.

I just post small pieces of projects that I otherwise wouldn't put on my portfolio site, and random things I make.

I HATE when sites do that. I visit prettymuchamazing.com and like to scroll and open what i think is interesting in new tabs. But the sites loads each post at the top using ajax, then I have to scroll all the way back to the post I was at. On top of that the site is forever scroll so it loads new posts when I reach the bottom.
I can scroll for an hour click a link, it sends me to the top of the page then I have to scroll through several pages to find where I was at.
I hardly visit the site anymore, it's a very frustrating experience.

Sounds like some good old fashioned design snobbery.
