Thank you Laura but I'm looking for a client handbook, not the employee handbooks. I'm looking to see how they train their customers to work with them, not their employees.
This is beautiful but it's from the perspective of the employee, not the client and it's about culture more than process.
Not sure what is this even supposed to mean but apparently everyone got the joke. Care to explain?
Sure, you're not wrong but if you were in their position would you gamble with your livelihood to make a statement?
Easy to be heroes when someone else's bottom is on the line.
It's completely unrealistic to expect anyone from FB replying to this thread. there's no winning here, if they say something that goes against the company line, they might get fired or get at least some crap from bosses and coworkers, and saying "it's fine" would earn them a reaming from the community. The most logical thing to do is say nothing at all.
The more enterprise you become, the more you try to obscure what the product actually does because you want to get slightly confused managers and sell the heck out of everything you've got. Clarity at first sight is a curse for the classic enterprise sales process.
re: Mr. Me Too of product design... Wouldn't this be branding design?
I don't dislike the style but my first reaction is the homepage really needs some dividers or boxes because there's way too much stuff competing for my attention. The only thing I could see is the illustration which is not very useful, and the grey text kinda fades away.
Bad execution, I think it has a very poor visual hierarchy.
