I really miss working on icons in illustrator, INMO still the best tool for that so far. I think the appearance panel was incredibly useful as well. The connectivity to photoshop and working on images is also something that is much missed - I want to be able to switch back and forth between editing images and the UI.
Posted to Tesla Autopilot, Jun 19, 2017 I love the sensor idea but it would be much stronger to see it expressed with a tighter color palette. Also major typography issue with large centered paragraphs and lack of font size/weight hierarchy makes it hard to read.
Please give me a free car.

My learning has been, and continues to be, a slow and grueling process considering I have only 1 day a week for this.

+1 for Paul Hegarty's course.
My suggestion:
- Nail down the basics at Treehouse or at Ray Wenderlich.
- Complete this course by Apple: https://developer.apple.com/library/content/referencelibrary/GettingStarted/DevelopiOSAppsSwift/
- Continue to Hegarty's course while completing the homework assignments.
- Each assignment you complete, go back and do a course at Treehouse.
- Always go back to refresh on your basics.
- Get comfortable with searching through Apple's documentation https://developer.apple.com/documentation as well as online.
- Understanding will only sink in during practice - watching videos and reading is not enough.
