+1 for this - This is a great onboarding process. I used this as an example in a document I did to help us sort out our onboarding process for our own products.

When I need to create Gifs GIF Brewery is fantastic, you can use footage already recorded or you can record using a tool in GIF Brewery. It's super easy to use and you can crop and resize your gifs so the file sizes aren't huge, which is important is you're putting them in docs.

    Hope this helps! :)

I just want to add in here, I've kept an eye on this thread and as someone who will be graduating in 2019 I have found this thread really helpful! I'm currently on placement in between my second and final year at university and I've pretty much decided I would like to pursue a career as a UX designer. I've taken all this advice on board too for next year.

I hope you find a job soon Jay and thank you for posting this as it's also given me some insight to the industry post-graduation. All the best to you!

These are some really awesome results - although it does surprise me how little people use monitoring/analytics tools.

If you're wanting analytics for apps I would fully recommend Appsee. We use it for some of our apps at the moment and has given us some valuable insights and it's easy to find bugs too. The team at appsee are great too and happy to lend support.

We use hotjar as well but you can only use it on Desktop as far as I'm aware. It's good for things like heatmaps and scroll maps but the other features we have found are often disregarded by users such as the polls and recruiters. They do work but I think users get bored of them popping up all the time.

    Hope this helps!

That's really good! You've done well there! I struggle to get that when we run surveys on some of our platforms. I'll keep an eye in my inbox!
