There's no way I know of to keep a post up for a longer period of time, but you can increase exposure by posting sometime between Monday - Thursday from 11pm to 2am PT.
Explanation:
"Dribbble's front page resets at 9pm PT (12am ET) so you're posting time will be the next day, even at 11pm PT as the dribbble HQ is on the east coast.
Posting at this time will capture waking Europeans, then a few hours later you'll get waking Americans. You'll have the most relevant eyes on your work in the shortest amount of time and your amazing shot will have a greater likelihood of collecting a sufficient amount of likes to make the pop page before going stale.
Sharing is important too, but also keep in mind that if your views become much greater than your likes, the shot will be deemed less popular."
I'd go with either A1 or A3. A2 feels too Halloween-like and B/C's colors don't work out too well.
I'm liking the concept – just not sure what the use cases for this would be.

Adobe MAX is great – I attended it as an insider this year, and it was by far one of the best conferences I've gone to.
I've heard good things about Valio Con as well.
