Similar experience as you, though I take it only once a week as a wakefulness/alertness backup.
Super handy those times when you have to be productive and had a bad night's sleep before OR needing to be alert later in the evening (e.g. driving).
Just glad this is today's top post and not censored by DN.

^ Impostor's Syndrome gets talked about a lot, especially with newer designers and those transitioning into the field. Hell, I still deal with it on a daily basis, but I've found a way to manage it more effectively.
