    I agree with the other comments here on slow loading and the animation being a bit much.

    Also I'm guessing that English is not necessarily your first language? I see that you're from Amsterdam. :) It would probably be a good idea to go over the site with a native English speaker, there are a lot of small grammatical/spelling things that are incorrect (for instance the phrase would be "a crush on interface animation", not "a crush for interface animation").

    It's probably not a huge deal for a design job, but it would certainly help the site feel more polished.

    I would also like to know the answer to this. Piggybacking off of your question:

    How are other companies/agencies structured? How often do critiques happen and how are they structured? How does mentoring work?

    I've only been doing design for a little more than a year, and I'd love to know more about management/structure at other places.
