I'm just gonna go with a hypothesis that maybe not all of your followers are logging in daily to Dribble, and seeing your work. Personally, I have an account and follow a few profiles that really inspire me, but I don't log in all that often.

Similar to Instagram really — although IG also has algorithms nowadays— where you can have 500 followers but only ever get 20-40 likes per post.

I'm not saying this is the unique reason, but I think it could explain it.
