I mainly do the same, while for finished work I have a completely separate page in Figma that has all the final pages.

The site is nice, but i see more of things done by tympanus team rather then a comunity of front end devs.

Quick notes: - the taglines / story scroll might be nice on mac with touchpad or magic mouse, but it's kinda weird with normal mouse. I use the Logitech MX with 3 step scroll on. - the same i can say about the Concept page, maybe a click on the next line to view it?

Overhaul i think if you fix this things might turn into a nice portfolio.

Not bad, i like the less clutter. But for the typography and spacing are better on current slack. In your case I think there is room for improvements, better spacing and another font (not monospaced) for better readability might just do the trick.
