    Hey Jason,

    It sounds like you've had a terrible experience. That really sucks. The problem we're solving is hard, but we're making strides, and we rely on user feedback like yours to continue improving the product.

    Would love to talk to you further about your experience so we can gather some data and deduce what's causing it. Complaints are great, but data will actually help us solve the problem you mention.
