This article feels like it was written by GPT-3. A lot of broken english.

Your comment reads pretty condescending. He provided valid reasoning for his frustration and is seeking alternatives.

Sounds like you need to spend some time learning to accept others viewpoints.

I genuinely love this site even with all of it's flaws. It's just dilapidated enough to keep a lot of marketing teams away and I regularly find quality content.

Github exists for this very reason

Took me 6 months and a ton of interviews to find a job as ux designer. I was on the verge of giving up and taking a manufacturing job when a company decided to take a chance on me.

They almost fired me after a month but eventually put their trust in me and have even given me a raise some months later.

Never give up if it's something you really want to do. There are so many bad hiring managers that have no clue how to spot a good designer. Often it comes down to culture fit over anything which is painful for creatives (who are often considered weirdos). Maybe consider moving to a place with a community/culture/job market that suits you.

Such a refreshingly cynical landing page wading through endless saas sites.

I looked into it for a long time and just switched to Figma. There are some things that make it difficult compared to Invision/Sketch but overall so much easier with version control and multiplayer. Syncing with Craft took hours a week from my productivity.

You're getting a lot of pushback for these articles but I completely agree. This sort of technicality is needed for high-complexity apps where the user needs to interpret a lot of controls at once.

I think a lot of people don't work with high-complexity and thus think it is "nit-picky".
