I know SASS is a favorite and is the most fully-featured, but Stylus won me over with very fast compilation via gulp and a beautifully simple syntax.

I first used OneNote on Windows in 2003. It revolutionized how I worked with digital information.
It took ~6 months to get used to Evernote after switching to a Mac. At this point, I'm too invested in Evernote to consider switching back to OneNote, but I applaud Microsoft's work on this!
Poetry and short stories. I have so many! I've been thinking of building a web community around creative writing for a while and just put up a quickie site to test the idea. Still gathering data.
