Thanks for your answer, didn't think about all of our psd mockups
These are visuals made to explain our guidelines.
First start with a screen capture of your application. https://support.apple.com/guide/quicktime-player/record-your-screen-qtp97b08e666/mac
You can also record your iphone of ipad with quicktime, just plugin the cable. http://osxdaily.com/2016/02/15/howto-record-iphone-screen-mac-quicktime/
Via photoshop you can edit your video and make it into a looped gif. https://support.apple.com/guide/quicktime-player/record-your-screen-qtp97b08e666/mac
If you don't want to use photoshop you can use some online free converters. https://ezgif.com/video-to-gif
but in my experience you get pretty crappy results from these because you can't really control the quality settings.
I have tried it for a few hours.
I wasn't able to convert my Sketch file to supernova. I think it's stil pretty beta and it doesn't support some things like nested symbols.
They do have a slack group where they are very reactive and I really like their vision. Will keep an eye on it.
What kind of deliverables are you taking about?
We use Invision to present our designs to the client. If we do not do the development internally we use zeplin to handover our designs to external developers.
Sounds familiar :)
We switched to Abstract for about 8 months now. Solves this specific use case. https://www.goabstract.com/
For wireframes we use axure with our own made library. I think UI kits are usefull if you want to express your idea very quick. But I would not use it for a final design.
I think it limits your design creativity and you would use a lot of defaults without thinking about it ( font sizes, margins, line-height )
A shared library sounds like a great solution!
We have to create a design system for every project, we don't work on one single project or one single design language.
Do you start with a generic library and then edit them for the new project?
If you use Figma, what guidelines would you setup for your team? Or do you let every designer have their own way of working.

Have feedback?
Hi I've tested it and found it very usefull.
Some questions: - Will you support symbol with overrides - Any way to indicate which layers in sketch have been updated? When someone changes copy you need to visualy check everything to make sure nothing is broken.
