I am a user of Framer X myself. I really like the tool as it allow animation on action events as well on scroll. I use for both mobile and web prototypes.
I have a working knowledge of react so if you know a bit about react syntaxes you'd feel at home. Another good thing about framer X is that you can also install packages from other users (kind of like sketch plugins) which is super handy.
Design & Code has some really good courses. Im really enjoying it. Im also learning vue.js for work - vueschool got some deals too.
Hope this helps.
I agree. It's such a shame. Designernews used to be my source for finding interesting articles/sites/discussions. Now I rarely come here if at all.
I agree with some of your suggestions. They should consider reviving this site otherwise, it will end up being "dead".
Thanks Andrew. Really good advise! I'll make sure to mention these!
LOL. Failed the first test. love this.
Hey Ken,
Do you mind sharing us the challenges you'd faced when designing big government sites like this one? From UX perspective, what do we need to consider compared to designing for commercial sites?
I love the simplicity of the site, and it loads super fast even here (Sydney)! I have never done any government sites so would love your insight :D
Thanks Kieron for your reply! its refreshing to know. I will definately look into Craft for future projects!
Have a good day!
Hey mate, clean looking site! If i could ask, what makes prompted you to build your new site on a custom Craft CMS? any pro points this that you could share? is it better than WordPress?
Thanks

I read the heading thinking it would be some useful article or blog post. Disappointed when its just a promo link.
