I see the same thing, I think a lot of companies are missing out on some really great opportunities by not hiring some really talented more junior people. Even the definition of what is junior, mid-level, senior is hazy. My only recommendation, is keep doing what you're doing, because you're doing great. Love you too

Perfect! Thanks!
This is great Clément! I do have one question though, I know Algolia uses a "like" search, so if I search for "sass" I also get terms like "pass." Is there any way to do exact match searches? I tried using quotes but that that didn't work.
My 2 Cents: I have been coding and doing visual design for a good amount of time now and I can build a fully responsive views with code almost as quickly as I can in Sketch. I'm not trying to give myself a pat on the back here, but my point is the tools exist if want you learn them, and they are free and accessible to all!
Yeah it would be great to have a tool that took visual design and converted it into code, but why not just start with coding? I think what it comes down to is where do you want to allocate resources: learning how to code yourself, or teaching your drawing program to code for you.
where I used to work we called it "Spinner Field"
Hi Robin, I'm currently working on a tool that does this! however it's a few months away. In the meantime I've been using https://genius.com/web-annotator although this tool will only allow you to leave comments on text.
Hi Askar, I'm not sure if any of these solutions are what you are looking for, but at Sencha we have a lot of variations on the tree UI.

My personal favorite is the tree list with nav enabled.

I'm not here to agree or disagree with this article, but the whole thing is purely opinion and anecdotal, it would be great if the author backed up his claims with some scientific studies.
for example he states:
Okay, how do you know this, was there a study done? Or is this just some bias that we accept as true?
