Blake hasn't posted any stories yet.
Here's how I like to go about it:
And finally, remember that you're asking for feedback for a reason: to get better. Try to be vulnerable. Be open to the possibility that you didn't get it right. Defend the work if you feel that your reasoning hasn't been effectively communicated or understood. But be willing to accept others' opinions and tastes in relation to your own.
There was a site like this for a SyFy show called "Tin Man" that was featured on The FWA in 2007 (holy crap 10 years ago). Looks like someone archived it here (flash required): http://jc.osche.free.fr/flash/tinman-infinite-oz.htm
This is what I've been desperately in need of for Sketch for years now. Maybe it's time to make the leap to Figma...
This video is refreshing. It's got the levity that I feel has been missing from so many other rebranding reels. It highlights the the fact that a branding effort is laborious and rewarding without resorting to bragging about how many hundreds of sketches and color palettes were created. I like it when a design team doesn't have to take themselves too seriously.
If you watch the video, notice how all of the stylus use is done without the palm resting on the screen. Makes me think that this won't have great palm rejection. Everything else looks pretty sweet, though.
Congrats! Stellar team and a fantastic network – I really got a lot of value out of Bridge.
Just gonna echo the other comments on here and say: why? We already have a list of the most popular designers (https://dribbble.com/designers). What do I gain from being on here, and what do others gain by looking through this list?
Not trying to shoot it down, but just trying to understand the need.
InVision is straight killing it.

Have feedback?
I think the biggest difference is that designers tend to have some experience already with critique, while others may have never been exposed to the method and may need a bit more guidance in how to give proper feedback. Other than that, I've used this method for both running designer-only crits as we ll as soliciting feedback from engineers, PMs, marketers, etc.
