I use it regularly for personal calligraphy themed work. Drawing digitally beats the amount of work needed to scan+fix a penned work. Have to credit the Procreate app for that though. I tried doing traditional design work on the iPad but couldn't find an app yet thats as suitable.

Literally the only thing that scares me about these amazing Amazon services is that theres no way to limit the charges and you have to put down a credit card. Im kinda paranoid about suddenly seeing like a crazy charge on it someday.

Field Notes Notebooks and their ballpoint pen. I use their expedition series book as a catch all "everything book to carry along all the time. That and a few other project specific filled notes books that i stuff into the bag. Seems to do the trick.

That's where the iphone is going. I bet they'll remove the home button at the iphone's bottom and have the touch screen be the entirety of the front panel. Just like they seem to put the touch sensor under the touch panel here.
