Based on clients that have given me this type of feedback, I would say this indicates they absolutely have no real idea what they want or need. Which means you have to prove that what you're providing, is exactly what they need.
I've commuted about 24mi round trip quite a few days on this Raleigh Port Townsend. Decent commuter for a great price.
Definitely BEM, especially in context of maintaining styles in a product as our UI system has grown. It's allowed for easily refactoring when needing to and creating an easily organized system for other developers to understand.
Nit picky but to my eye that first negative space between the N and E looks off. It was the first thing I saw.

I get the point Tantek is making here and it's true for content that should be archived. But I would argue that most of the web using JS frameworks are mostly non-crawlable apps where much of the content/functions are behind a user login.
