Not exactly same. In redpen you can upload images and then annotate but in zipBoard you just have to enter your website URL and browse through your website, take screenshots (Yeah! we have that feature) where needed and then add comments to it tagging and assigning tasks to the collaborators. Moreover, zipBoard has a task management system which helps you to track that whether the issues have been resolved, pending or in process.
