Safari is my primary browser. Better performance and OS integration.
But Chrome on Android and for web development, as I can't stand the developer tools in Safari.
Dock hidden, with only Finder and Trash—I'd completely disable it if I could.
I find Spotlight (previously Alfred) and keyboard shortcuts like Command+Tab better for me.
For a bit of fun I rewrote the JavaScript snippet without the use of document.write()
If you're dedicated enough, you can run OS X on a non-Apple computer too ;)
Currently Macbook Pro running OS X.
Growing up I used (and loved) Windows, eventually started using OS X. But Vista was the straw that broke the camel's back. Also having a UNIX-based OS is nice too.
S brings minimalistic design
"minimalistic" is not a word, and that isn't minimalist design.
Recently moved to Anchor from WordPress. What made me choose it was that it's lightweight, fast, and runs on my existing PHP/SQL stack. I'd say it's still early days but it's very a promising project.
I've started using it in situations where a float-based grid won't work, and can fall back to display: table
. I also only use display: flex
, and ignore earlier implementations.
