I use Site5, they have been really good for me...
I discovered sync.com when looking for an alternative, and they have been good so far. Still in beta, so the mobile apps aren't ready, but apart from that I've been happy. 5gb free, or 500gb for $50 per year, and they are a zero-knowledge fully encrypted service.
There is a more complete version of Muli with extra weights available on GitHub here: https://github.com/vernnobile/MuliFont
The version 2.0 folder contains regular, light, extra light, semi bold, bold and all the associated italics.
It's still in development, but I have been using it for a couple of projects (mainly the regular and bold weights) and it looks great!
I use http://toggl.com, there is a free version that is suitable for freelancers or small teams.
I tend to organise my fonts by foundry.
Adelaide checking in :)
3 for me
+1 for files / attachment section. Sortable and searchable, and each file would have a link to the message it was attached in. That would make life so much easier!
I'm happy paying monthly, as each service adds value and combined they add up to a small percentage of my monthly income.
