The original spin as a "design by committee" problem is A+. It's still funnyish as a client joke, but we're all somewhat guilty of doing this to ourselves in the internal side on occasion.

I lived in Wyoming for a few years when I was a kid. I personally think something about the terrain or industries of the state would be more accurate than the Human Rights Campaign logo for their flag.
