Get up regularly, every 20-30 minutes for at least 2 minutes! Sitting time has been linked to poor health outcomes.
If your are sitting a lot during the day in the office or the car. Do some exercise at night. Even a 30 minute walk will be good for your health and even your creativity.
Hey, I am a physiotherapy student. I suggest you go see a physio as soon as you can. If you catch it early the likely hood of fixing it quickly is significantly increased. A good little test you can do it tap on the base of the wrist where the hand meets the wrist. Compare sides, if it reproduces your pain, it is likely that the median nerve that runs through the carpal tunnel is getting squashed..
Hope this helps. :)
Best of luck.
Me Me Me! Looks great from the 2 minutes i played with it.

I have just purchased a Nexus 5 to get acquainted with the OS. I have no experience using android. Pixel density stuff worries me a fair bit. Would love to pick your brain about how to manage pixel densities when you have a free moment.
Cheers

Hi All,
The desk physio is a small side project I have started that will share the latest physiotherapy research and advice for preventing chronic pain & injury for those who work at a desk. My goal is to help office workers prevent chronic injury. If you have any questions or want some specific advice, feel free to DM or reply on twitter.
