Really nice realisation. So you define your lint config somewhere? I can definitely see this keeping large design files more consistent.

It seems to be one file per lint now which is great - could be really useful also for each error to reference to the artboard it occured in.

Hard won wisdom here Joel. I could see this as required reading for designers in tech.

It's actually a response to another post. Medium responses can now be viewed as individual posts. It's Medium's way of trying to improve the quality of conversation and exchange on topics. The fact that "responses" are now being posted up here as articles is an interesting behaviour that kind of shows it's working.

Also agree and great example. If we're to learn anything from this bot ordeal it's to think a bit more thoroughly about realistic use cases like this for trends before calling them the "next paradigm".

Users' expectations for high quality products isn't going to go anywhere soon, but yes we definitely need to get over ourselves.

The process for getting mirror running on mobile is much smoother for me now. Nice one

I genuinely enjoyed this and most of Eli's other articles. I may not agree with everything he says and the tone may be snarky, but they're still better informed and backed up than the majority of articles that pander to the existing status-quo.

Some obvious and nice improvements. It all looks very stripped back. My first feeling was maybe too much so. I find the older version a bit more readable and easy on the eye in terms of the content.
