Agree with the comment around posting directly to Jira (or whichever bug tool a team uses). Additional thoughts to improve process—when filing a design"bug" ticket, I use the opportunity to also educate them on design by explaining the rationale for the request (consistency, hierarchy, etc.) This would ideally reduce the same bugs from happening.
Pretty cool being able to get a printed version of the personalized annual report. Reminds me of Feltron's AR

I think somewhere in the middle. You can certainly create a super-detailed version and keep it handy for on-site interviews.

If you have a strong portfolio, I encourage you to apply. We do ask our partner startups if they're open to international designers.
It's open to international folks as long as they are eligible to work in the US. One of our design fellows came from Canada and has since joined her partner startup full-time on a TN visa.
