Yes, Sketch 45 introduced a nasty bug to Symbol Organizer. The issue has been resolved (https://github.com/sonburn/symbol-organizer/issues/25) as was noted in the other response. I have written a plugin to help organize your symbols page. This plugin will re-order your symbol page layer list alphabetically (with an option to change direction), and lay out all your symbols into groups (using "/" as group identifiers). It also provides the ability to layout your symbol groupings horizontally or vertically.
