Where do I put my Zip disk?

I like it. Reminds me of Spinal Tap for some reason.

The way I learned and still my favorite is the Lynda.com tutorial called "CSS for Designers". Takes into consideration not everyone is a web design expert and speaks at a more basic level.

If you don't like Dribbble the simplest solution is to not visit the website.

Picasa Web Albums/Google Photos. I like being able to have access to my collection anywhere without having to keep a copy locally on my computer.

Copy url. Paste in email, twitter, etc. Send.

If you really want the job I'd submit one even if it's optional. It'll show you don't mind putting in that extra bit of work and it's a great way to talk about why you want the position and would be a great fit.
