Dan hasn't posted any stories yet.
I agree that Pokemon GO has SO MANY missed opportunities in terms of game play (I hear they've added more, but too late for me), but the inspiration they're drawing from it doesn't really inherit those same problems. As long as they launch when they have enough features to create a compelling game play cycle that doesn't freefall off a cliff ~2 weeks in, I think it could be successful.

Oh wow, that's terrible. I get that they want users to watch more videos and stay on the site, but they're forgetting the primary action a user wants to accomplish on the video player page is... playing a video. This totally blocks and annoys a user to the point I would want to watch the "suggested" video less than if I saw it in the sidebar.
Digital single art ≠ album cover, judge it based on that and you might realize it doesn't really need fully custom art.
Exactly, I think people are overreacting. This would be a different discussion if it was an album cover, or if they were taking design credit.
Yes that's what he's saying is happening. Afaik (and I'm really not a lawyer) this could be against the Canadian Anti Spam Law, but take that with a grain or two of salt.
No, no, this is clearly intended. It's simply in french, they're saying "Clean your workflow"
This is a good example of why you need a different portfolio if you are looking for freelance clients vs. a portfolio to apply to jobs with.
Anyone else read the title and think this was going to be a last-ditch effort by Jeb Bush to run for president?
That font feels so odd. The uppercase letters look condensed but the lowercase don't. It hurts my eyes to look at for too long.

To me the show is not about design as a trade per-say. but about the designers themselves. It tells their story, not the story of all footwear designers for example (with a bit of the requirements of the job peppered in).
Admittedly I've only watched a few of the episodes, but I'm enjoying hearing the stories of these designers told in a beautiful way and seeing their work with a taste of the process behind that work.
