Where the design community meets.
Great, so now we have Slack, RTBL, IRC, and this? I thought communities are all about having ONE place to convene?
This article has a pretty compelling reason.

I used to work there too! Miss that place.
Totally agree. I've broken a lot of cables as a result of strain. My car only has a tape deck, so I use a tape adapter. It would be cool if the music app could flip over... or something. iPad does it.
I actually like the move. I think they initially did it to be able to pull the phone out of your pocket right way up.
Case: You are listening to music with your headphones on and iPhone in your pocket. The headphone jack is sticking up (phone is upside down in your pocket). You reach in to grab the phone and reply to a message. The way you grab the phone makes it "right way up' for you.

I try to keep it casual as much as possible, for sure. What about you? What's the dress code like over at Elance?
Usually it's a good rule to be overdressed than under-dressed. It's not unreasonable to ask the recruiter how people in the office typically dress.
Also, sometimes you can glean this information from knowing the company, the brand, and exploring their website.
