F the recruiters. You don't want to work at a place that doesn't "get it" anyway.
That said, I think it's too V A P O R W A V E リサフランク420 and not really what REAL authentic 90's sites looked like.
I would push it even further.
P.S. KesselsKramer (a dutch ad agency) made like 50+ "90's style" fake business websites, linked them together through banner ads and secretly mixed in their projects in the photos. This was in 2006. It was too ahead of its time. I believe they are creative geniuses.
Their portfolio is archived here: http://www.kesselskramervintage.com/ (keep hitting refresh)
Props to you for trying to keep the web fun!
We want to eventually have our own illustrative brand language that we can call our own. Would love to get your feedback on the tool.
Come on designers, don't be so lazy. Separate your branding from from this crowded space. Push yourselves to look different.
Pastel was born out of our frustrations as designers and devs using email and vague screenshots to capture, comment and act on feedback.
How is this a real frustration/problem that needed fixing? I feel like this is just a necessary part of the process. I wouldn't want to add yet another new tool into my flow just to simplify this one thing.
This dude is so corny.
Guys, you are not graphic design / art students.
Please fuck off and stick to your product designs.
Thanks!
Realized they suck at...doing design?
At least he's not using circular.
+1 for not posting a product design portfolio. Love the work.

Thanks for checking on me Dr.Phil. Being politically correct all the time is turning this community into a bunch of wussies.
That said, I would like to thank him for becoming the face of the bearded, white guy, silicon valley, product designer stereotype.
