Agreed. An improvement for being able to participate in the threads or discussions you're part of? Probably.
Don't see how this makes finding new discussions easier.
RE: #4
SERIOUSLY.
And on that note, what is the point of having the ability to scale the saved-out image if the scaling fucks up the image saved?
There have been times for perceivable no reason, that choosing to scale the "saved for web" image down to 50% totally screws up both the file size (suddenly bloats), and creates super random pixel artifacts. Quit photoshop, reopen, perform exact same action and the save for web feature now works.
RE: #8
And this. I have to remind my clients of this on a weekly basis. "This was done in photoshop, it will look a little different."
And to be honest, this is one of the biggest reasons why I do my best to mock things up with inspect element feature in chrome more than anywhere else now.
(yeah I know scary, no way to save but screenshots, terrible idea... I need to finish getting git installed)
This was my thought too. Could have been as simple as adding some solid / fill to the the logo.
Agreed. Most of the logo marks for MLS teams tend to be. I don't think I like any of them that much, despite being a major Sounders fan.
My one complaint for the logo mark is that it completely lacks any solid colors. That complex of a logo in just line-form doesn't look great when making a tifo, fan sign, apparel IMO.
If you don't have much to share, one page site works. Otherwise from an IA side, it's hard to distinctly organize all the pieces of information and truly in-depth case studies. If all you're planning on sharing is the date, client name, url, and single-word descriptors, more than 1 page is probably unnecessary.
Could also be server issues Apple was experiencing earlier.
Personally hadn't heard about it.
I'd honestly even check back sooner than that, a lot of these companies do smaller tweaks here and there more frequently.

One of the best uses of that gif!
And agreed to all of the above.
I'm going to hold off being too harsh though until we see the released product. I would like to think we are going to reach a tipping point soon for more sophisticated product creation tools (ala Squarespace + AI) exist.
