Signed up as well. Would love to give feedback on an advanced copy!
Thanks so much.
I think the key is to avoid this sort of thing. I've given clients instructions on how to download "Shrink-O-Matic" the Adobe Air application (http://toki-woki.net/p/Shrink-O-Matic/), where you can add certain presets and then just drag images onto it. Online, there's "http://www.picmonkey.com/" which isn't completely free, but does have good options for cropping and re-sizing for free.
yup. DO IT!
I use ManageWP and so far it's very reliable and has made my life much easier. Every day I can make sure my client sites are all up to date. https://managewp.com/
Read this: http://breakingthetimebarrier.freshbooks.com/ and all will be well.
The real key is to ask yourself "What value am i bringing to this client?". If the logo takes you 10 minutes to complete (you just nail it the first try), should they only be paying you for those 10 minutes? Or are they paying for your vast knowledge and experience which allowed you to conceive it in 10 minutes. If it takes 100 hours, should they pay for those? It should end up being about the value of what you're delivering more than the exact number of hours, days or minutes.
good luck!
I've been using Conceptboard for some time now and it's great for tracking and reviewing Design / getting feedback.

Been a big Webflow fan from when it started early on, and they've made some incredible strides since then. Once you know what you're doing, you can mockup a nice responsive page VERY quickly and add some incredible effects. https://webflow.com/
