So, true. We designers tend to overlook the importance of text. And clients seem not very knowledable about using proper voice and tone in the content they provide us.

During a casual morning coffee with a friend of mine, he shared an idea to build a design plugin to help designers write better copy. It looked crazy enough, targeting a niche market, for me to cheer, “Let‘s give it a try!” A month later, we launched.
