Can only agree with what is said here. The most important is to align on what you gonna tackle over the week, if that is define the process is really powerful!
I would like to know as well. Also how they work : in a linear way from department to department (product -> design -> dev -> QA) or with task force that combine all of that in a feature team.
They raised 45M$ in July, which can explain that they might have some more staffs since a few weeks :)

Agree with you but on the other side if you don't spend time on UX/UI, your app will never be noticed and promoted. Nowadays promotion via the app stores is one of the most valuable factor of growth.
Or someone should setup a quick form and give us a beautiful data viz afterward!
Hi Andrew,
What would be your advice to stay focus on a long term? I'm the kind of guy with a tons of idea but persistence and discipline seem to be a hard concept for me.
Any tip on how you succeed to do that on different project?
I stick to the couple : Invision for the UX/UI design of the app and FramerJS for transitions, animations and micro-interactions. Why that? Because Invision let you focus on the core of your app and FramerJS because any mobile dev can understand JavaScript easily and seeing how we thought off the animation in code will help them implement it in a proper way.

Hi guys, First of all I'll say thank you. Thanks for your work that push the design industry forward. After playing with Auto-code one question came : Why didn't you integrate a text layer in this release? I understand that it requires a bit more work but the upside of it would be amazing.
I'm mainly working with real-data nowadays and plug APIs within Framer to generate content. But customizing text isn't the easiest task through code.
Is it something you plan to iterate on it and give even more power to Framer?
