I hope this will be helpful for some of you! It's not an article about visual design... but I think it is important to learn how to design better startups too. And we can learn a lot from errors!

I'm agree. I think having a good UX but a bad UI is better than having the contrary... but well designed website should have both. Because first impressions and good visual feeling matter.
