What software are using to create those user flows?

Posted to Drupal 8 Released, Nov 20, 2015 There's a strong Drupal community in my country, but it seems to be run/populated by older devs. I went to one of their Drupal conferences for speeches on other topics but honestly felt more scared/intimidated than allured.

I'm asking because I'm 1 year into design school and I feel like I'd be better off studying myself and just doing a lot of practice and iteration.
