(insert thinking face emoji here) As mentioned on Slinky GitHub page you have to individually mark them as exportable, otherwise Slinky is trying to convert them into tables.
Could you try to do this again? It would be interesting to see the results :)

Posted to Slinky – create HTML email templates in Sketch , in reply to Max Quinn , Apr 04, 2017 We just ran some tests on Litmus and the templates look as expected on all the devices (phew). Slinky exports the design in a table layout, so the layout possibilities are limited to that. Please keep in mind that this is an early experiment and you can contribute to make it better by reporting issues or code improvements on GitHub.
