You can put different locales in different google sheet pages and is the single source of truth. It can then automatically update all of your sketch files via the plugin instead of a manual process. The localization team then can stay out of your sketch files and do all of their work in google sheets, it works great.

Posted to Will Bohemian release a bug free version of Sketch before the community runs out of goodwill?, Oct 31, 2015 I completely disagree here. I find adobe products more buggy then sketch. I can deal with a few minor bugs, but sketch is more than adequate for my needs.
