Interesting question. I'm 58 years old and I'm in designing/developing sites since 1995. I run a small studio with a steady, selected clientele. I have a PhD in Architecture but my interests since my academic years were around the computer assisted design (anyone remember this?) and type design.

As the web became a thing I gradually moved my professional interests there. I often get surprised looks when I say what my main occupation is. I'm planning to continue designing/building sites for the years to come.

I purchased a few days ago and I just tried a few tests. You need a big screen to use it but it looks quite extensible in the sense that you can built your own components and then try to create designs by combining them. This is the main reason I bought it.

I use for some years now WPEngine, Flywheel and SiteGround. I think WPEngine is top, Flywheel is more developer friendly, but you cannot go wrong with any of them. WPEngine and Flywheel are way more expensive and offer small HD space while WPEngine is more strict on plugins.

Foundation Press is a nice framework but I've never actually used it. I'm also in the process of evaluating as there are some things I have to learn to do differently. For now, I prefer to use my own framework based on the trusted Bones framework with my own sass and the scripts I prefer to use.

A few rants: - I think the distance between the menu items is too much. The last menu item needs more space from the edge. - I don't like the underlined links on hover. - I think the logo needs more work. - Too many gradients in the home. - The footer looks empty and out of place in the internal pages.

I like the minimal approach and the smooth way the site works. I think it needs a bit more love.

My late 2011 MacBook Pro feels like a pig when running Yosemite. Safari in my iPad Air 2 and iPhone 5s was dead until the recent update. My iMac still has constant wifi issues although Apple released several updates to fix these problems. So, yes, I think that Apple is slowly loosing its mojo. - * A frustrated Apple user *

5 million dollars later and still no product. Well vaporware is a light term, scheme would be more exact.
