The top module reads: "The New 9.7-inch iPad now supports Apple Pencil"

Concepts. It's like "Sketching Plus". Decent pencil, pen and marker tools, and once you get used to the interactions you can move things around really fast. Highly recommend it.

For art stuff (home) I use Procreate.

I use an iPad Pro every day at work. Sketching is integral to my design process. Being able to quickly sketch and share the drawing to my desktop as reference while I work in sketch, or someone on my team is invaluable. And I can take all of my sketches everywhere and anywhere.

I've been toying with the idea of using it as a tablet for my Mac, too (with Astropad or similar), but haven't gotten around to it yet.

Additionally, as someone who is now a designer and grew up making stuff on a Mac, and now a parent, I'm super happy that Apple is making the iPad into something that encourages creation, not just consumption (even though it is great for pulling up Elmo videos, too).

I got this, too. Twitter is so, so bad at things.

can you filter the inbox by, for example "unread+tagged (mentioned)"? This is the main standout part of your project to me, something that makes e-mail one step more useful and blurs the line between e-mail and slack-like apps. I'd want to see it everywhere: "what is actually relevant to me our of all this noise?"

Apologies for not googling (I thought someone in this thread could answer it as there will be a lot of interested people here) – what is it about dark themes that make them so popular? I don't really understand how it has become an almost must-have feature for applications. Help me understand!

Thank you for making this! Here's my feedback:

It's a little tricky to know what is going to move when I scroll/pinch because I'm able to scroll and pinch both the canvas and the artwork. Wondering if tapping on the art would "enable" the move/scale and tapping off it would disable? Check out "Concepts" app on iPad and how they handle scaling objects, I find it really intuitive.

Secondly, the FTUE is helpful but the saving FTUE is kind of long and the transitions make it feel even longer. Again, it's helpful but feels a little lengthy after I'd gotten the idea of how it works.

Super helpful/useful app, I'll be using it despite my first bit of feedback, it's worth getting used to!

I keep looking at the word "Messages". It's really heavy and a little distracting with all that weight. Like a lot of other distracting UI (e.g. "videos for you!" on instagram explore) I'll probably learn to ignore it relatively quickly, though.
