As a Type 1 diabetic for 20+ years, I picked up on this immediately. Admittedly, this is something that we deal with often.
The good news (for the company anyway) is that I'm not their target audience anyway so it doesn't matter that I was turned off.
The bad news is that newly diagnosed Type 1 diabetics (which this would not help) might get taken in, then let down when it didn't apply.
Clarity in copy, especially for medical products, is extremely important.
I guess the upside is that you can pay $49 to upgrade to the full OS.
Shouldn't even be a concern, but that's the solution.

If you're iOS/macOS only, Cloak is a pretty simple option, but is pricey for "teams":
Agreed. This could be really great for teachers both online and offline, particularly if it supports multiple languages, etc.
So pretty, but I wish there was an option for a black front.
I saw this occasionally when the app "stuttered" between navigating items or trying to delete something with a swipe. Not sure of his reasoning for the extra step, but in practice over the past day, it hasn't impacted me a great deal.
Definitely not enough to switch podcast clients.
