I'll have to check it out, thanks!
I tried to see if this was asked before and couldn't find! Thanks for the link
Curious on why you stopped using BugHerd?
And cool, I always thought of UserVoice as a more end-user facing thing, I'll have to relook at that too.
As the Executive Creative Director at such a large company - 1. How do you work to balance high level visions with all the small details of your team's execution? 2. I'm also assuming a lot of your team is in varying office and locations - what's something you've established (if anything) with your team that's helped bring them together and collaborate better even if they're working on completely different projects?
Thanks!
Totally true. I liked Todd's point about "But I now remind them (tactfully) that my job is not to do as they ask, but to meet and surpass the post-launch results that they are hoping for." But I also know that not all clients will be receptive of this, even if you/we have their product/site's best interest in mind. We can still try, present the facts, etc.
Nice, thanks for sharing. Liked your points there as well!
Ah man, whoops. Thanks for the heads up! It's corrected now
This could be cool. But I'm mostly here to point out that sweet parrot animation next to the copyright info in footer. <3
I've adopted the plan for mobile and desktop at nearly the same time, walking the client through how both will work together. This has solved a lot of the issues with desktop-first and mobile-first that we were running into.

You described some of my same issues exactly! I see Toybox has some Jira and GitHub integrations which seems key - so dev team friends don't have to look anywhere new for these items.
I'll def have to check it out!
