I hate being one of those guys, but I really like the previous site better. The fixed width with coloured bg just seems strange and makes the site (that's already BIG by itself!) look cramped and uncomfortable. I also can't understand the lack of hovers. That being said, nice approach on the whole experts stuff and cool preview of the app.

Dell apparently has some great monitors. I use the Dell P2715Q and it's amazing. Good design with really thin bezel and the matte display is really comfortable. Works great with macbook pro retina. The only thing is that the color could be slightly better (it's great, but not Apple great). We also have Dell U2715H and they're also good.

We use Gliffy. Although collaboration in Gliffy is nice to have, a Sketch Plugin like that would be perfect for a LOT of projects!
